******* 🎥 THIS VIDEO IS AVAILABLE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE 🎥 *******<br /><br />Hello Guys,<br /><br />Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".<br /><br />Bangda Curry (Mackerel Curry) is a popular coastal Indian dish, especially in regions like Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka. It features bangda (mackerel) fish cooked in a rich, spicy, and tangy coconut-based curry😊<br /><br />♦️Here's a classic recipe:-<br />☛FOR MARINATION:- <br />* Take 4 Bangda (Mackerel) in a bowl (Glutted, Washed & cut into half)<br />* Add ½ tsp Turmeric powder.<br />* ½ tsp Salt.<br />* Mix well.<br />* Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.<br /><br />☛FOR MASALA PASTE:-<br />* ½ cup of sliced coconut.<br />* ½ cup Coriander leaves.<br />* 2 Sliced onions.<br />* 15-20 Garlic cloves.<br />* 1 inch roughly chopped ginger.<br />* 2 Green chillies - cut into two.<br />* 15-20 whole black peppercorns.<br />* ½ tsp Cumin seeds.<br />* ½ cup water.<br />* Grind it.<br />* Our Masala Paste is Ready.<br /><br /> ⬗Method:-<br />* Heat ½ cup of oil in a kadai (WOK)<br />* Add ½ tsp of Cumin seeds, 10-15 Fenugreek seeds & ½ tsp finely chopped Garlic. Stir & fry.<br />* Add 1 finely chopped onion & fry until they turn light brown in colour.<br />* Add the masala paste. Stir & cook.<br />* Add 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp Coriander powder & ½ tsp Turmeric powder. Stir, mix & cook well.<br />* Wash the grinding jar in which we made the masala paste & pour that water into the kadai. Stir & cook well.<br />* Add 3 tomatoes puree.
